This Query will arise when the Role Identifier and Post assigned in the staff contract are incompatible for Workforce Census requirements. Please check that the role and post are correct on the staff contract.
If this is the case for the contract of the member of staff you can annotate the reason why when uploading your census. However if this is incorrect you may wish to amend the contract by going to Admin > Personnel > Staff - find the staff member and click onto the black cog next to the contract - amend the role or post and update at the bottom.
