Query 4746Q arises when the number of hours recorded in a staff member's contract is less than 0.5 per week. Zero hour contracts are not to be included in the Workforce Census, as these staff are regarded as occasional and must be recorded in the school level module if the member of staff is present on census day (from the front page on the Workforce Census). If applicable, you can mark the staff profile and contract as not to be included in the Workforce Census.
Click on the Query to take you to the staff member's profile, then click on the cog next to the contract to note Hours per Week recorded.
In the above example, there are no Hours per Week recorded, which is identified as being under 0.5 hours. All red areas on a contract are required to be filled with data by the Workforce Census. Enter a figure in Hours Per Week, then click Update to save the contract, before returning to recalculate the Workforce Census.
