Subject Access Request Procedure

When you receive a Subject Access Request (SAR), we require the Head Teacher to contact your Support Team from their official school email address.

  • If your school is supported by Scholarpack directly, click the 'Contact Us' button in the top right of the Help Centre
  • If your school uses a Support Partner, please contact them. Click their name in the top right of your Scholarpack above the search box, for their contact details.

Please can you provide the student name, student ID number and UPN, along with details of all the information requested.

We will liaise directly with the Head Teacher to securely deliver the information in compliance with GDPR.
