Why does the Custom Report not sort/filter when I click on a column header?

If you cannot filter your Custom Report by clicking on a column header, you may need to clear your Chrome browser's cache.

To do this select the three vertical dots in the top right of your Google Chrome window mceclip0.png click More tools and then Clear browsing data.  Finish the process by clicking Clear data and reopening your ScholarPack window.

If that doesn't fix the issue for you then try contacting your local IT Support.
