Query 7121Q: The NOTQTS count is 40 : Number of Unqualified Occasional Teachers present on Census Reference Date is unexpectedly high (10 or more)

A figure above 10 may have been entered by mistake in the number of Unqualified Teachers box.

Go to Admin > Census > Workforce Census and click onto Occasional Teachers. Here you can edit the amount and update at the bottom. 

If this is the correct figure then you can annotate the reason for this when uploading your Census.
