This area allows you to set up which identifying abbreviations appear in either the Register, the Student Profile, the Interventions application or on Reports.
The Aspects abbreviations are:
- F : Free School Meals
- G : Gifted and Talented
- S : SEN
- M : Medical notes
- D : Disability
- E : EAL
- C : Child Protection - This indicator can only be turned on by a member of staff with the Child Protection Officer user role
- P : Pupil Premium
- I : Intervention
- U : Under Five
- A : Service Child
: Independent Traveller
These abbreviations can be switched to either appear or not appear as required.
NOTE
It is not possible to add additional student Aspects
To switch the Aspect on or off, select using the green tick or red cross and the area of the software you wish it to be present (or absent).
If the Aspect is selected on, it will appear as shown below. This is how it would look on the front page of the Student Profile:
