Why are some teachers not coming through on the Parents Evening Booking system we link with on ScholarPack?

Each teacher will need to be assigned a Form in the Admin > Config > Tutors area on ScholarPack, as this is where the data feed comes from in the API. 

  • If no Form is assigned to a staff member the final column will have a green Assign button. Click on this to assign a Form.
  • If you need to amend any Forms assigned to Teachers you click on Manage in order to edit the information.
  • If any historic form names are assigned to a teacher, you will need to Unassign the form and then Add New to assign the correct one.
