Information Not Saving on the Student Extended Tab

One reason that information may not save on a student profile's Extended Tab is that there is no entry date for the student (which is mandatory). 
Data may also not be saving if you do not have the appropriate user role to be able to save information on the extended tab (e.g. you may have Junior Admin and not Student Admin).

Please check with your office manager (or system administrator) if you require your user roles to be reviewed.
