Why is a student not showing in the Comms area?


The most common reason why a student does not appear in the Comms area is due to them being in an academic year that's not set up on your system. If you go to Admin > Config > Core Setup > Years:


If the year group is not set up yet (e.g. -2), click on Add New and add this to your year group setup. One the system has this configured, the student will be available in Comms.
