This error occurs when your school name is missing from your School Details table. You can check if this has been added from Admin > Config > Core Set Up > School.
If the school name is missing or incorrect, your Head Teacher will need to contact the Support Team from their official school email address, and provide the name.
- If your school is supported by ScholarPack directly, click the 'Contact Us' button in the top right of the Help Centre
- If your school uses a Support Partner, please contact them. Click their name in the top right of your ScholarPack above the search box, for their contact details.
