The Onboarding Team:
Emily (Em) was born and raised in Harrogate and moved around from the age of 18, briefly settling in Norwich, Kent and then Birmingham, where she gained a Level 4 qualification in Applied Performance from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire of Acting. Em has always worked in customer-service related roles, starting in the NHS and then moving to Education in 2014 as a secondary school Admissions Officer. Outside of work, Em loves to attend gigs, spend time with friends & family and enjoy a nice spiced rum and coke. You will find Em where you see leopard print as she has a slightly unhealthy obsession with it!
Vanessa was born in Yorkshire and although she has spent most of her childhood moving around with her family in the Army, and has lived in places like Germany, she has always called Yorkshire her home. Since graduating from the University of Creative Arts in Surrey in 2014 with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Vanessa decided to move back to her beloved home 'up North'. Having worked in customer service roles over the last decade, and in her previous role as Store Manager for a Furniture store, Vanessa is committed and passionate about giving customers a great experience. Vanessa is excited to bring this passion to her role and be a part of making a difference for schools. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys crafting and getting creative but mostly loves getting outdoors and enjoying where she lives in the beautiful countryside of God's own county, with her other half and rescue dog (who looks more like a fox), Maisie.
While studying History at University of Leeds, Jess had her first experience in the world of customer service, wearing the orange and aubergine uniform of the local supermarket chain. She then branched into finance administration, with roles in investment management and financial advice, but ultimately decided that project work was her main passion. Jess is really excited about utilising her slightly obsessive organisational skills and helping schools have a great customer experience. Outside of work, you can usually find Jess with a cocktail in hand, or out walking her very unruly spaniel, Bilbo.
Taniqua has over 10 years experience in customer-facing roles -having worked in events, retail, the higher education housing sector and for the NHS. Helping people is something that brings Taniqua joy and when she’s not at work she is with her very energetic 4-year-old. Taniqua loves spending time with her family and friends and experiencing new thrills and adventures.
