Why has an email failed to send when I selected staff and student contacts?

If you are sending an email to a number of students and including staff members, and the email fails to send, please check these elements:

  • Is there a dynamic field contained in the body of the email? This may be the reason the email has failed (and also applies when sending SMS to both students and staff). If sending an email to both students and staff, please do not use dynamic fields
  • Have you sent the email to more than one staff member? In the Email Directly field, please separate email addresses with a comma then space. mceclip0.png
  • Is there an attachment included in the email? Does it conform to one of the following accepted file types: “bmp”, “csv”, “doc”, “docx”, “gif”, “jpeg”, “jpg”, “odt”, “pdf”, “png”, “rptdef”, “text”, “txt”, “xls”, “xlsm”, “xlsx”, “xml”, “zip”

If you have checked these areas, and the email still has not sent, please email support@scholarpack.com so we can look into this for you.
