The student named in this error does not have a UPN on their student profile. If you click on Fix Error you will be taken to the Bulk UPN area of ScholarPack (usually accessed via Admin > Student > Bulk UPNs). Here you can see all students with no UPN and you can assign them all a UPN here by selecting them individually (or check all) and clicking on Submit. Alternatively, check with the student's previous school if they are a new student in a statutory year group for the UPN previously assigned to them.
