Where the School Governance is recorded as Voluntary Aided (VA), Foundation (FO) or Academy (CA) and the admission appeals lodged is greater than zero (0):
(<PrimaryAdmissionsAppeals><Withdrawn>) plus (<PrimaryAdmissionsAppeals><Heard>) must be equal to (<PrimaryAdmissionsAppeals><Lodged>)
To check this error, go to your School Details table (via Admin > Config > Core Setup > School) and check that your Governance is correct. If not click on the edit button and change, then save at bottom of page.
