The error arises when your school type has been recorded as Academy but your Governance has not been set to Academy. This information is pulled through from your school details table. To amend this information go to Admin > Config > Core Setup > School > Edit. You can then change the school type or governance as required.
The "Academies" option available in the drop down box for school type will change to display 49 once saved. This is because the Academies option maps to the DfE code 49 for school type.
