This Error arises when the Governance recorded for the school is entered incorrectly, or missing. The School Governance is taken from the School Details table found at Admin > Config > Core Setup > School, or by clicking on your school name at the top right of ScholarPack.
If the Governance is listed as None in this area you will need to amend by clicking on Edit then selecting the appropriate governance from the list. Click on Update at the base of the table to save.
