This error occurs when you have not recorded your lowest year group in your School Details table.
If you go to Admin > Config > Core Set Up > School, or click on your school name at the top right of ScholarPack, you will find the School Details table.
Click on Edit, and then enter the Lowest Year Group from the dropdown menu.
