Error 5540 when you upload to COLLECT indicates that there is at least one student with the SEN Unit indicator set to "yes" on their student profile but Get Information About Schools (GIAS) does not show your school as having a SEN Unit.
You can check the school details on the GIAS website here.
- If the information on the GIAS website is incorrect and your school does have a SEN Unit please contact them to amend the details for your school.
- If your school does not have a SEN unit, you will need to amend the details on the student profile.
You can find out which child has the SEN unit indicator by using the Custom Report via Reporting > Custom Report > New Report > Support (right hand side column) > Selecting SEN Unit > Run Report
You can then go to the extended tab of the student profile and amend this. The question relating to if the child is in a SEN unit is under the Support Information section of the extended tab. Change this to No and save at the bottom of the page.
