Error 3211: High-level SEN or disability (HSD) is given as the basis for 2 year old funding, but no EHC plan.

This error occurs if a student has 'High-level SEN or disability (HSD)' selected as the basis for 2 year old funding, but the student does not have an EHC plan recorded.

How to Resolve

• If the student does have an EHC plan, this needs recording in the students profile > Support tab. 

• If the student does not have an EHC plan, the basis for the 2 year old funding will need changing in the student profile > Extended tab > Further Information
