Go to Reporting > Reports > Attendance (tab) > Ad Hoc Report
The Ad Hoc report is produced in response to information recorded via registers taken at Home > Register.
It utilises the Ad Hoc columns and lists students who have been recorded as fulfilling the criteria of the Ad Hoc column (e.g. returning a permissions slip, or attending a club).
This report can be printed off for a signature to be applied, if required.
Setting up the Ad Hoc columns within the register is actioned at Admin > Config > Ad Hoc Register, with the day of the week specified for the column to appear in the register.
