What does the report display?
This report displays students who have an absence recorded during a particular time period. You can specify the absence codes you are interested in and by using the quick dates function, look at certain time periods.
How do I filter this report?
Choose the year group or form group from the drop down and the date range of interest. You can also add a specific student by using the 'Add Specific Students' function. You can also select the absence code or a selection of absence codes.
How do I order, filter and remove data?
The report will be produced in a tabular format displaying columns relating to the report title. Simply click on the column header to order the data or select the bin icon to remove the column.
To filter this data further, each column header will have a text entry field where you can produce results based on your query, for text fields you can enter a string which will return all students relating to that value. If the field is an integer or a date range you are able to enter the queries equal to (=), greater than (>), or less than (<).
You can remove students from the list by editing the remove column.
The filters are hidden on initial production of the report however they can be shown by clicking on Show Filters.
You can use the 'Toggle Names' button to remove the students name form the report and replace it with their Scholar ID. You can also save the listed students as a static group for use in other reports.
How do I export this data?
Exporting your data allows you to print, save, or further edit the information on screen. To do so, click the icon in the top-right corner.
