What does the report display?
This report gives attendance details on a daily basis between a specific date range for a particular year, group, form or house. You can also split the data displayed by form and you have the option to list students contained within particular dynamic/static groups. You are limited to a maximum of 31 days data at a time due to the size of the report.
How do I filter this report?
Choose the year, form or dynamic/static group that you would like to report on. You can multi select any of the groups by holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard and you have the option of using the quick dates to populate the date pickers. You will also have the option to include former and future students in the statistics by selecting.
How do I order, filter and remove data?
The report will be produced in a tabular format displaying columns relating to the report title. Simply click on the column header to order the data or select the bin icon to remove the column.
How do I export this data?
Exporting your data allows you to print, save, or further edit the information on screen. To do so, click this icon (in the top-right corner):
- Clicking on the student's name takes you to their student profile
- Names highlighted in red represent the students who are no longer on roll
- The star on the report identifies a Favourite report. Click on the star to add or remove it from the Favourites area of the reports panel.
