What does the report display?
The Medical report provides the medical details entered on the front page of the student profile.
The report provides a summary of the medical condition, emergency action to be performed, any notes and a contact phone number. You may select to include a student photo in the report for each student.
How do I order, remove and filter data?
The report will be produced as a table, and any medical condition marked as Critical on the student profile will appear in red in this report. Click on the any column header to re-order the data, enter a search term to filter a column (e.g. Student name), and to remove columns click on the bin icon.
How do I export this data?
Exporting your data allows you to print, save, or further edit the information on screen. To do so, click this icon (in the top-right corner):
Additional information
Clicking on the student name will take you to the student profile. Any students appearing in red will be former students, if you have ticked to include them in the report.
