Minuses Report

Go to Reporting > Reports > Conduct (tab) > Minuses

What does the report display?

The Minuses report gives a summary of minuses that have been deducted from students. A pie chart summarises the minuses by Year and Form.

  • Names which are highlighted in red represent the student's who are no longer on roll.
  • The star on the report identifies a 'favourite' report. Click the star to toggle yes or no.

Please note that your reports may display different names if your school has customised conduct types in Admin > Config > Custom Relabelling.

To produce a report choose the year and form you wish to view from the drop-down boxes. Leave form blank to view a whole year and leave both boxes blank to view the whole school.

You can view last years minuses by clicking on the View Last Years Minuses button at the top left of the screen.  

How do I order, filter and remove data?

The report will be produced in a tabular format displaying columns relating to the report title.  All column headers can be ordered; simply click on the column header. To remove column data you will see a a bin icon in the column header to enable this.

To filter this data further each column header will have a text entry field where you can produce results based on your query, for text fields you can enter a string which will return all student relating to that value. If the the field is a integer or a date range you are able to enter the queries (=) equal to or greater (>) or less than (<).

Click on more details next to a students name to get a breakdown on that students minuses.

How do I export this data?

The information displayed can be exported as either a Word, Excel or PDF document. You can also display the report as either Landscape or Portrait.
